Loft in Sants

Our #proyectoCaceres clients contacted us when they bought this loft in Sants neighborhood heart (Barcelona).

The excellent flat’s base (vaulted ceilings, brick walls, hydraulic floors…) helped us a lot when we defined the style we wanted.

A loft for a couple, where the only closed area was the bathroom and

where we had to place the main rooms like the living room, the dining room, the bedroom and a small workspace.

The result is a cozy and wide flat, where we made the most of the space for our clients’ needs.
